At a young age, Meggy Rustamova emigrated from Georgia with her mother, first to the Netherlands and then to Brussels. She creates interdisciplinary works which include videos, installations, and performances. Human actions are amongst her favorite subjects. Meggy Rustamova explores the way in which everything unfolds in life, how things happen, how to define the essence of the human being and the significance of art therein.
Meggy Rustamova’s work will be presented within the video program of Moscow Biennial.
