Ulrike Guérot’s keynote for Moscow Biennale 2015 derived from her research and publications on the European idea such as the European Republic and the European Democracy Lab. Founded in 2014 together with Victoria Kusch, who was also present in Moscow, the lab advocated for civic engagement for a Res Publica Europaea, a transnational concept of Europe that could re-think political and economical entities and their relations.
